CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT?
Bookings can be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge.
If you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated under the T&C's of your payment method
you may be charged the remaining balance of your booking amount.
Please contact the Salon via phone only where one of our team will be happy to help.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes or cancellation notices via email or direct social media message.
